December

December was full of concerts, seeing the Hobbit, Christmas parties, seeing Santa with T&K and the girlies, and the shopping.  Even though it does get busy, it is usually busy with activities that we enjoy.  We especially like the music and the Christmas movies. It has been cold, snowy, and windy. That is when Trevor will suggest getting the hot cocoa maker out.

Basically, I was looking forward to going home for Christmas.  I thought the talent night was great.  We have good little singers, Fritz and his poem, Todd and his awesome joke, and Trev playing a song so Storm could do her dance.  I just love being at home. I was excited to see all the new changes with paint, carpet, and furniture. I love how everything is always decorated and that the holiday is packed with traditions.  It is fun to anticipate reading the Bible, Christmas stories, Christmas pajamas, video from Christmas morning, Christmas brunch, and the fun of family being together.  It is fun to see all the thought that went into the gifts. It was extra special with the 4 new babies.  They are so loved by all. My boys love to stand in front of them and try to make them laugh.  This Christmas it was wonderful to be at home.
