This is a thank you to my parents and Eric's parents. They both sent Valentine's packages and so we used the cupcake holders and sent them away on the Valentine's plates. Picture not with the plate because I couldn't get it to look right. In fact this is the best I could do. These are delicious! I made these before with just cream cheese frosting, but with the cinnamon added...Yum. In all my excitment of trying new things, the first time I made them I even delivered them to my friend Michelle who is allergic to bananas. Sorry about that.
